Cowes Week Opportunity 13th-16th August

Leadership development needs the opportunity to experience different challenges, as part of our Leading Culture Change programme we are pleased to offer a day for up to 4 people at Cowes Week on our sports cruiser. The day will include objectives, planning, activity within the Solent and review for leadership development of strengths and further development areas.
